Don Cochran is one of many fearless leaders with his main calling being new account development and master problem solver. Don joined our team with over 35 years of hands on experience in sales, service, and management. Don has served all these positions in the heavy industry markets including but not limited to petrochemical, power plants, gas plants, acid plants, pulp and paper, and smelters. Don has a large of amount of technical knowledge in hydro blasting, lube oil flushing, exchanger service, chemical cleaning, mechanical operations, tower service, manufacturing, and piping service. Don is a man of many talents and a ton of knowledge that we use daily to help our team. Don is very active and is always on the run solving problems and finding areas that we can best serve you! Don has an open door policy (usually his truck door) and is more than willing to take your call and solve your issues. Don's attitude is nothing is too small nor too large for us to take a look at or listen to and see how we can help you!!!

Mike Hibbard brings twenty three years of hands on experience from the electro-mechanical service industry. Mike began in 1965 as an apprentice learning to repair electric motors, generators, transformers, magnetic coils, and form wound coils for electric motors and generators up to 13,800 volts. In 1988 Mike moved into the world of sales with the honor of serving the industrial markets. Mike has serviced accounts in many areas including, power generation, petro-chemical, pulp, paper, oil and gas exploration/production, transportation, refining, heavy industrial, marine, sugar processing, grain processing, and mining. Mike has experience to help you with all your needs including but not limited to service, repair, new product, and fabrication sales. With all of his knowledge and skill Mike is very nicely suited to help you......help you!!!

Bobby Bolin is a brand new edition to our team. Bobby has a background that includes 18 years of sales, marketing, account development, customer service, and people management experience. Bobby is new to our industry but brings a deep desire to learn and develop the many facets that our team offers you. Bobby has been privileged to learn how to listen to a customers needs and wants allowing him to put a plan into action that will help you succeed in your endeavors. Bobby is not afraid to use the vast knowledge of those within our team to find a way to best help you in any area that you need assistance. Bobby will go to work for you making sure he gives all his attention and efforts to solving whatever problem you may have!

Joseph Lucero is our retail development and warehouse manager for DogHouse Supply. Joseph has been in Farmington for 15 years and brings a large amount of construction knowledge to our team. Joseph has over 20 years of both hands on and sales experience in the construction industry. With Joseph's knowledge of all aspects of construction he is a valuable member of our team and can help you with his "get it done" attitude. Most recently Joseph spent 5 years in contractor sales for Hacienda Home Centers. Joseph knows what it takes to get customers what they want and need in a right now atmosphere. Joseph has an open door policy and in his own words "I have a phone that is the master key to opportunity for you, so call me anytime!!"

Michael Ashley is our second in command in the DogHouse. Mike is a 28 year resident of Farmington and has been married to his wife for over 17 years. Michael and his wife have 3 awesome kids that they adore. Michael also came to us from Hacienda where he worked for 20 years. Michael gained his experience hands on by working his way up thru positions as stocker, inventory clerk, salesperson, buyer, yard foreman, assistant manager, and finally the store manager. Michael has a great ability to learn his work and grow which is evident in his process of growth through the positions he held at Hacienda. As a member of our team Michael brings a vast knowledge of supply and demand in the stocking and customer service department. Michael looks forward to any challenge given to him so don't hesitate to call Michael with any need or question you may have!

Rodney Croker is a fresh addition to our team coming on board in May of 2008. Rodney is a very talented individual which started with his graduating high school in just three years with a 4.0 GPA. Rodney has honorably served our country in the United States Marine Corps. Rodney was on active duty for 5 years. Rodney has hands on training and experience in mechanicing on heavy equipment, diesel engines, welding, variable frequency drives, electric motors, computers, F/A-18 engines, and KC-130 engines. Rodney offers much more than just his mechanicing abilities with a great attitude, leadership ability, high level of motivation, and an uncanny ability to focus on the many tasks it takes to be good at keeping our customers happy. Rodney is also pursuing his Bachelor's degree which he will finish up at Highlands University. in business management and that will help him to be an even better leader for our team. Rodney is married and has one beautiful little girl. Rodney has a great personality and is eager to take your call and do whatever it takes to make sure you are getting all you want and deserve from our team; in short he will work until the job is done!!

Chuck Croker is our fearless and trusted general manager. Chuck is also referred to as “Tex” as he hails from the Great State of Texas. He graduated from Texas State Tech (Waco, TX) with a degree in Mechanical Technology. He has 36 years of hands on experience in everything from welding, machining, and sales to his current position as General Manager. Chuck loves his Harley's, his guns, and his family, not necessarily in that order. His vast knowledge and excellent people skills has made him a great leader for our team and his open door policy makes it easy for the team and you as the customer to get any and all help that you may need. Chuck welcomes your call at any time to assist in our being able to help you in any way you require!!

Kevin Nash is our shop foreman. Kevin served 5 years in the United States Navy as an active duty welder and steel worker. After a short stay in Gulfport, MS, Kevin moved his family to Farmington and joined our team. Kevin worked his way through the machinist program at San Juan College and then went to work at Sandia National Laboratories in their machinist apprentice program. Kevin completed that program and then returned to our team as the shop foreman. Kevin's 16 years of experience and his leadership skills brings our team yet another trusted leader. Kevin has an open door policy and welcomes any input you as the customer may have. Kevin says "don't hesitate to give me a call anytime!"

Willard Lee is our weld shop foreman. Willard started learning the trade at an early age as his father was a lifetime welder. Willard join the United States Army and served 4 1/2 years of active duty as an engineer. Willard then furthered his knowledge by going to San Juan College and getting his associates degree in welding/metal fabrication. Willard took his knowledge and went to work as a pipe welder in the oil field industry followed by working in gas plants as a pipe fitter. Willard came to us with his 17 years of experience and became our leader in the weld shop. Willard welcomes any questions you may have and will take your call anytime!!

We have had the privilege of watching Cody Andrews grow up! Cody joined our team at the ripe old age of 15. While he finished high school he worked as a shop cleaner and began to take interest in the machine shop. During Cody's final two years of high school he began taking courses towards getting an associate's degree in machine technology. Cody managed to finish that goal in 2006. Cody's drive is evident by his ability to work for us full time and still pursue his degree and it did not stop there. Cody went on to teach a machine shop class at the college for a year and a half while working our night shift. Cody also went to a college based competition in machining and gained first place honors at the state level. Cody then competed on the national level and placed a very impressive 15th! Cody's machining is exemplary and we are very proud to have him on our team. Cody is our night shift foreman. Cody loves motorcycles (especially custom building), Jeeps, and RC cars. Cody is a great success story and we are glad to have him on our team!!
